Funding Readiness Assessment
We examine strategy, business model, market and competition, team, operations, and IT infrastructure, finance, and provide recommendations for improvement ahead of the fundraising effort.
Funding Strategy Development
We develop target funding structure for our client, which may include equity, preference shares, senior and mezzanine loan facilities, as well as more sector-specific and niche products, such as invoice finance, asset finance, import/export finance, etc. Along with the target capital structure, we will deliver a list of target funders to approach
Preparation for Fundraising
We work with the business on implementing recommended changes to create a better fit for selected funders’ investment criteria. This process may take between a few days to a few months depending on how much needs to change in the business before it can confidently approach investors or lenders.
Approaching Funders
Angular Capital works with close to a hundred different investors and lenders including mainstream and challenger banks, debt and equity funds, alternative finance providers, asset and invoice finance houses, family offices, and other funding sources. We will work with the business on creating a unique approach strategy for each of the target funders and facilitate contact.
Support Through Funding Rounds
We support clients in negotiating terms, successfully passing investor due diligence, preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, agreeing, and implementing any pre-funding requirements in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. We bring to the table our past experience as entrepreneurs seeking funding, lenders, and investors in SMEs, and corporate finance professionals.
Post-funding Support
We work with our clients after achieving their initial funding objectives. Angular Capital provides investor relations and communication support as well as works with management on preparing for future funding rounds.
